1st time =(

Hello friend,

I'm mc today.Not feeling so well,cause fell right after took early bird shower as I'm rushing to get ready asap to office.Frankly,it was damn hurt okay.My right leg swollen few second after the incident.Pity me.Huhuhu.

Since i didn't have much time on blogging so today i decided to share a story,my first experience being scold by customer.Okay,the story began as i being given task to update customer information on billing address.It was my 2nd week & the work flows before changing customer address were kinda complicated for me as a new comer.

Once I got the address letter,the 1st thing i should be consider on the customer signature,new ic number & lastly,their account num.So to make it short,there's a customer who didn't fulfill all the criteria needed.He'd left out his ic number & so did his signature.So no option left,i need to call this customer.After few attempt,finally he pickup the phone.

Me:Hello,can i speak to Mr X.
Mr X:Yup speaking.may i know who's on the line plis?
Me:Morning sir.Im Atiey calling from ....with the regards of ur letter that we received yesterday.
Mr X:Okay.so what's the problem?
Me:Okay sir,act we'd received ur letter on XXX & u did mention u want to changed ur address to .....
Mr X:Yes,so?
Me:But sorry to mention sir,before we updated in our system i need to made several verification on u.May i?
Mr X:Yes you can but can u make it fast as im rushing now.
Me:Okay sir,what's ur previous billing add?
Mr X:Blablablabla.
Me:It's correct sir.So before i proceed with ur request,may i know ur ic num as u'd left out in your letter.

Once i ask about his ic num,the man was freaking mad at me like seriously okay.I was freaking out & numb just for a while.My team leader,Kak Zaida just observed me from her place.The cardmember keep on talking & said harsh thing towards me.He said that nowadays he got so many prank call from the outsiders & now my turn to listen him grumping.And i still clearly remember his last word before he endup the phone call.

Me:Sorry sir,it wasn't like u tot okay.I'm calling just to verify whether u r the genuine cm that wrote this letter to us.Blablabla..(i tried to explain but he'd completely ignored my words)

Mr X:If u really want my ic num.Go & ask ur company laaa.(Paaap:the line was cutoff)

Aiyooo,this card member aaa.He's really pissing me off okay.Why don't u just talk nicely as i approach u quite nice at the beginning of our conversation.I'm not a deaf person so that u don't need to raised up ur volume while talking to me.I can hear you clearly my dear 'value' customer.Yup,quotes said:customer is always right,but what unsatisfied me is ur rude attitude regardless anything else.Didn't ur parent teach you how to behave well & control ur temper once talking to others??Till now i just can't accept what's the relation between me with ur previous prank ed call?That's ur problem,so why must u drag me in ur matters.If you can't provide me ur ic number,its okay la.I can proceed with other option by retrieving ur application signature.No need to talk harsh towards a girl okay.I'd learn my mistake & now I'm still learning to become better in future.Btw,thanks too to you my 'Mr X' cause ud open my eyes to something unexpected.After being scold by u,now i'm more aware especially when its come to make an outbound call.End.
